Possibly. Open Houses are a great source of prospects. Just make sure your agent is focused on selling your home and not just looking for prospects to possibly sell elsewhere. When we hold an Open House - our number one goal is to sell your home.

This is a very important question to ask. Statistics show that the average "life expectancy" of a RealtorŪ is 6 months! How do you track and obtain feedback from agents who show my home?
Every seller is anxious to find out what the prospective buyers and their agents are saying about their home. We have a unique system in place that takes care of this. All appointments are scheduled through our office and the agent is contacted within 24 hours to obtain feedback. Once the feedback is given, we place it in the computer system and generate a "feedback report". We then let you know what was said and mail you the report for your information. This allows us to make adjustments as needed to make your home more marketable.

Are you a part-time or full-time Realtor®?
Please think long and hard before listing your home on the market with an agent who is not full-time and experienced. We work hard and depend on sales for our income - this is our job! How accessible are you?
This is a biggie! Isn't it frustrating to always get a recorder or voice mail? We all have a cell phones that we carry constantly. We will always answer, unless we are showing property. If we do not answer, the call automatically goes to our voice mail, which then pages us. We try to respond to any voice mail messages within a two-hour period. This number is on all of our signs and advertising. We are also accessible via e-mail. Once we receive an e-mail, we are paged and will respond as soon as possible.
